The Construction Support section is responsible for support administration of all construction projects.  This  includes development of standard specifications, special provisions, Construction Management System (CMS) administration, acceptance of subcontractors, review construction change orders (CCO's) and final project acceptance review.

The Maintenance Support section is responsible for development of highway maintenance standards and guidelines.  This includes the Maintenance Contracts System, Maintenance Management System, bridge maintenance and inspections, rest areas, scan weather data sites, truck weight regulations, spring load limits and the department safety program.

The Traffic Operations section is responsible for development of traffic control work zone standards and permanent signing and striping standards.  Also included is the administration of the Adopt a Highway Program, DOTCOP Work Zone Speed Enforcement Program and provides guidance to the region offices and state sign shop.  Also included is administration of the Outdoor Advertising Programs which includes Billboards, TODS, and LOGOS.
