SDDOT / Road Design / What's New 12/16/2008 All section (B, D, H, L, and M) standard notes have been updated. Throughout all the Section (B, D, H, L, and M) standard notes, the color of the informational text changed from pink to a yellow highlighted black text and the modifiable text changed from a red colored text to a light orange colored text. The text colors were modified to help people who had difficulty distinguishing the different colors. You can see the updated standard notes here.
