Section L - Lighting and Signal standard notes have been updated.
On sheet L3, the title for "SELF WEATHERING LUMINAIRE POLES" changed to "SELF WEATHERING POLES" and the note was revised to include the following paragraphs:

Provide the following paragraph when the highway posted speed is 55 mph and greater.

Cantilever traffic signal supports, including anchor bolts, shall be designed for fatigue in accordance with Fatigue Importance Category II without galloping and truck induced gusts.

Provide the following paragraph when the highway posted speed is less than 55 mph.

Cantilever traffic signal supports, including anchor bolts, shall be designed for fatigue in accordance with Fatigue Importance Category III without galloping and truck induced gusts.

Signal poles shall have rotatable mast arms.



On Sheet L5, in the MASTER CONTROLLER note, informational text "Provide the following sentence for project located in the City of Sioux Falls" was inserted between the 1st and second sentences and the 3rd (originally the 2nd sentence) was changed to a light orange colored text.
