SDDOT / Road Design / What's New 3/10/2009 Update in Road Design Manual Chapter 2 - Scope Process Previously named Chapter 3 - Scope Summary, revised to Chapter 2 to be in chronological order as the project scope is before the project design. Note that there are ongoing efforts to update the Scope chapter based on the current scope process as it has developed over the past several years.
