SDDOT / Road Design / What's New 3/25/2009 Section L - Lighting and Signal standard notes have been updated. On sheet L5, in the first paragraph of the TRAFFIC SIGNAL CONTROLLER note, the link to the approved products list was removed and added "and as approved by the South Dakota Department of Transportation Traffic Design Engineer in the Office of Road Design". On sheet L5, the two CONTROLLER PROGRAMMING notes were combined into one note. Informational text for the designer was added to the note and names were provided above the Traffic Design Engineer address. You can see the updated Section L-Lighting and Signal Notes here.
