The Compliance Office, Civil Rights Program is responsible for overseeing Civil Rights
issues for the DOT. Within that office, the Civil Rights Compliance Officer is
responsible for:
Contractor's EEO/OJT Manual contains information on Contract Equal Employment
Opportunity Requirements, On-the-Job Training Requirements, TERO requirements,
Compliance Review information and examples of forms, special provisions, etc.
It also gives a list of recruitment sources for contractors
(Word or Adobe PDF).
To obtain a copy of
the manual contact the Area Office or the Civil Rights Office.
