The South Dakota State Railroad Board shall approve of matters of operation, management, finance, marketing and development of rail service over all properties and facilities acquired, leased or controlled by the State. The seven members are appointed to four-year terms by the governor.
Meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month at 11:00 a.m. as needed.
