December 4, 2009 - Construction Update
On December 2, 2009 the work for the widening of the exit 30 bridge was complete for this year. Three columns and footings were widened and traffic underneath on Lazelle St. has been restored to two lanes of traffic in each direction. Avalanche Road resurfacing was completed on 9-25-09. Four inches of asphalt and a petro mat was put down to handle the traffic load for next years construction. All will resume in March of 2010, when traffic will be put head to head in the east bound lanes and reconstruction of the west bound lanes will begin.
