Work in Progress Schedule Photos Feedback Home Phase 5 work is scheduled to begin March 3, 2008. Lane closures will be in place on Elk Vale Road to allow for re-construction of Elk Vale Road, south of I-90, half width at a time. Bridge work will be on going during Phase 5 with a bridge deck pour scheduled for mid-March. I-90 will be open to all four lanes during Phase 5 with short term closures to accommodate bridge construction and finish work. The project is scheduled to be completed by July 21, 2008.
