Solicitation for statements of interest and qualifications is conducted every 2 years (in the even years) through advertisements in newspapers and direct mailing to those that are either on the current list or have shown an interest to be notified. If you wish to be contacted in the next round, please contact us. In addition to the state's retainer contract, LGA writes work orders for all of the engineering work on local government projects. This process includes everything from the scope of services through final payment for work performed. The local governements choose the consultant of their choice from our prequalified retainer contract list.
