SDDOT / Railroads / Railroad Board
The South Dakota State Railroad Board shall approve of matters of
operation, management, finance, marketing and development of rail service over all
properties and facilities acquired, leased or controlled by the State.
The Board consists of seven members appointed by the Governor of South Dakota.
