                        Construction Began Wednesday On I-229/Louise Ave. Ramp

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Starting Wednesday, Oct. 24, the South Dakota Department of Transportation will begin pavement repair on the Interstate 229 and Louise Avenue interchange on the south-bound ramp.

The project consists of pavement repair on the interchange’s on-ramp.

Interstate ramp traffic will be maintained on the interstate ramp with the width of the ramp being narrowed through the work area.  The project is anticipated to be completed in one week, on Oct. 31.

The prime contractor is Dakota Contracting Corporation of Sioux Falls.
