Paving Work to Close Southbound Exit 133 on I-29 at Brookings

 

BROOKINGS, S.D. – The southbound on-ramp and off-ramp at Exit 133 on Interstate 29 will be closed for approximately one week beginning Monday, July 15, to allow crews to pave the Interstate lanes past the ramp locations.

 

Traffic is encouraged to take an alternate route, and signing will be in place to alert travelers of the closures. 

 

The prime contractor for the $14.5 million dollar project is PCiRoads of St. Michael, Minn. Bowes Construction, Inc., of Brookings is doing the pavement removal and grading work.
