US14/US83/SD35 Missouri River Bridge Replacement Study
PIERRE, S.D. –The South Dakota Department of Transportation will hold a public open house tonight, Tuesday, Nov. 12, in Pierre to inform area residents on the beginning of the bridge replacement study. The study involves the following highway corridor:
- Lt. Cmdr. John C. Waldron Memorial Bridge
- US14/US83/SD34 highway corridor from Yellowstone Street in Fort Pierre to Poplar Avenue in Pierre
Local roadways that intersect the above corridor may also be discussed.
The purpose for the open house is to inform the public of the study’s intent, to record any concerns the public may have along the study’s corridor and to gather ideas to help determine the future look of the bridge and corridor.
