Traveler Information / Temporary Route Restrictions

The following temporary restrictions are based on the information available at the time
of preparation.  They are provided solely as a public service.  Actual conditions may 
vary from those reported.

DT: 05/09/08

US14/US83/SD34 Missouri River Bridge at MRM 228.35 between Pierre and Fort Pierre - No Overweight 
Loads - until further notice. The overweight detour route will be SD 1806, SD 204 and SD 1804 
across the Oahe Dam.

US14/US281 - Jct north of Wolsey - US14 west MRM 326.20 to MRM 326.39 - US281 north MRM 124.25 to 125.25 - 
10'- 0" Width Restriction - The restriction will begin on May 12, 2008 and be in effect until approximately
August 29, 2008.

US14/US281 - Through the City of Wolsey - 11'- 0" Width Restriction - The restriction will begin on April 22, 2008
and be in effect until approximately November 30, 2008.

US 16B - Truck Route in Rapid City - Eglin Street to I-90 - 16'- 0" Width Restriction - Traffic maintained Head 
to Head - The restriction will be in effect until approximately July 1, 2008.

SD 20 - MRM 66.0 to MRM 78.0 - between Prairie City and Bison - 12'- 0" Width Restriction - No Overweight Loads - The
restriction will be in effect until approximately November 2, 2008.

SD 25 - Through the City of Scotland - MRM 20.16 to MRM 21.09 - Closed to Traffic - Traffic maintained on detour on city
streets - 10'- 0" Width Restriction on detour route - The restriction will be in effect until approximately
August 29, 2008.

I-29/I-90 - I-90 Eastbound to I-29 Northbound Ramp and I-29 Southbound to I-90 Eastbound Ramp - Closed to Traffic - The
restriction will be in effect until approximately June 27, 2008.

I-29 - from south of Exit 140 to north of Exit 150 - MRM 139.8 to MRM 151.7- Head to Head traffic in the Southbound
Lanes - 12'- 0" Width Restriction - The restriction will begin on April 23, 2008 and be in effect until approximately
October 31, 2008. 

SD 44 - from MRM 50.0 to MRM 55.0 - East of Rapid City - Eastbound and Westbound Lanes - 14'- 0" Width Restriction - The 
restriction will be in effect until approximately October 15, 2008. 

SD 47  at MRM 89.70 - No Overweight Loads until further notice - This bridge is between Big Bend Dam 
and Fort Thompson over Soldier Creek.

SD 50L - Cherry Street through Vermillion - 10'- 0" Width Restriction - Traffic maintained head to head in the
Eastbound Lanes - The restriction will begin on April 14, 2008 and be in effect until approximately November 25, 2008.

SD 73 - From I-90 to Philip - 14'- 0" Width Restriction - The restriction will begin on April 28, 2008 and be in effect
until approximately August 15, 2008.

US 81 - Yankton Meridian bridge over the Missouri River at Yankton - No Overweight Loads - Northbound and Southbound Lanes - 
The restriction will be in effect until further notice.

US 81 - Yankton Meridian bridge over the Missouri River at Yankton - 10 Ton Gross Weight Limit - Northbound and Southbound
Lanes - The restriction will be in effect until further notice.

I-90 - from MRM 32.5 to MRM 40.0 - East of Sturgis - 16'- 0" Width Restriction - Traffic maintained head to head
in the Eastbound Lanes between Exit 32 and Exit 40. The restriction will begin on March 6, 2008 and be in effect
until approximately July 26, 2008.

I-90 - from MRM 50 to MRM 52 - Westbound Lanes - 16'- 0" Width Restriction - The restriction will be in effect until
approximately November 1, 2008.

I-90 - from MRM 65.0 to MRM 66.5 - Westbound Lanes - 12'- 0" Width Restriction - The restriction will begin on
April 21, 2008 and be in effect until approximately July 1, 2008. Overwidth Detour provided.

I-90 - from MRM 65.0 to MRM 66.5 - Eastbound Lanes - 12'- 0" Width Restriction - The restriction will begin on
April 21, 2008 and be in effect until approximately June 1, 2008. Overwidth Detour provided.

I-90 - from Exit 163 to Exit 192 - Eastbound and Westbound Lanes - 12'- 0" Width Restriction - The restriction will
be in effect until approximately August 1, 2008. Overwidth detour provided.

I-90 - from Exit 235 to Exit 251 - Eastbound and Westbound Lanes - 12'- 0" Width Restriction - The restriction will
begin on April 8, 2008 and be in effect until approximately September 26, 2008. Overwidth Detour provided.

I-90 - from MRM 390.00 to MRM 397.45 - Head to Head Traffic in the Westbound Lanes - 11'- 0" Width Restriction - The
restriction will be in effect until approximately November 1, 2008. Overwidth Detour Provided.

I-90 Loop - Old Chamberlain Bridge over Missouri River - No Overweight Loads.

SD 134 - MRM 276.25 to 276.59 - Bridge Construction - Closed to Traffic - The restriction will begin on April 7, 2008
and be in effect until approximately July 1, 2008.

US 212 - from Faulkton west - MRM 258.0 to MRM 266.6 - 12'- 0" Width Restriction - The restriction will begin on
May 8, 2008 and be in effect until approximately October 14, 2008.

US 281 - MRM 70.1 to MRM 70.4 - over I-90 near Plankinton - 12'- 0" Width Restriction - The restriction will be in
effect until approximately May 14, 2008.
