Standard Bid Item Search - The Bid Item Search was developed by the SDDOT in order to provide the most current and easily accessible resource to the bid items currently used by the department on projects being let.

SDDOT Materials Manual - The Department's Materials Manual, as provided is the most current edition. The Manual is revised annually to reflect the most current requirements/testing procedures. The revisions are implemented beginning with projects let during the September bid letting each year. The Manual includes the Department's Minimum Certification/Sampling & Testing requirements and the testing procedures used by it's employees when testing construction materials. A hard copy of the manual may be purchased from the Office of Materials & Surfacing at a cost of $25.00.

Approved Products Information - The Approved Products Manual is now in a searchable online version. This information is produced and maintained by the Office of Materials & Surfacing in the SDDOT.

Labor Compliance - Davis-Bacon payroll requirements, forms and instructions, and current Wage Decisions.

CMS Web Reports - Various reports produced from the Construction Management System to keep contractors informed about the status of their current construction projects. (To gain access to this site, contact DOT Operations Support at (605) 773-3704 to obtain a contractor username and password.)
