Contractor prequalification is required on highway construction projects when the bid is $100,000 or more. In some instances, the experience questionnaire can be utilized to fulfill the prequalification requirements. The contract proposal will state if completion of the experience questionnaire will be allowed to meet the prequalification requirements.
