SDDOT / Road Design / What's New 12/3/2008 Section L - Lighting and Signal standard notes have been updated. On Sheet L3, TABLE OF FOOTING DATA, a row was inserted for a 3' diameter and 4' depth footing. On Sheet L4, The note titled "SIGNAL HEADS AND BACKPLATES" changed to "SIGNAL BACKPLATES". In the same note, the first sentence of the 1st paragraph was removed. You can see the updated Section L-Lighting and Signal Notes here.
