SDDOT / Road Design / What's New 5/7/2009 Update in Road Design Manual Chapter 9 - Right of Way All plat examples have been updated. The note on the plats said "as ordered by the South Dakota Transportation Commission". It now says "as ordered by the South Dakota Department of Transportation". Check it out here.
